Not used the dongle, but I use net through my orange phone all week in wagon in some mad places and have no trouble with that except it's a little slow.
Ok for msn, emails and, if you're ok for time, facefook and rfoc.

Not required on the mobile jelster.

Think of the mobile as a complete mp3/phone/app machine/camera/broadband (ish) type tool.
very similar to the TV sets that have built in freeview etc

Then see most laptops as tvs that can see the terrestrial TV, (only whats on the computer itself.. little choice and quite boring,) BUT if you add a set top box and satellite dish.(the Dongle) ..Well now you got ENTERTAINMENT... :ymhug: :D

Absolutly try it in the areas you need to use it in first !

Yarp, thats what I'm doing this weekend. Where i am moving to is in the middle of woods (Yes, i'm joining a sasquatch commune in rural berkshire) so I have a 7 day limit to give it a whirl....my fone is hit n miss so I'm not holding out much luck. Trouble is, my lad is on orange and the free call stuff is a must have for us.

Thanks for input guys

Get an extension lead/s so that you can stick it outside and as high as possible.

Just tried the orange dongle in the middle of nowhere in particular, which is where I'll be living. No bars on my fone, just the tree and the broadie runs slowish but nowhere near as horrendous as dialup speeds so it'll keep me online while I sort stuff.
Cheers for the advice guys. 8-)
